For Andy, working in construction is all about the people. As a Sales and Project Manager for Arrow Exterior, he brings over 10 years of industry experience and more than 30 years of sales expertise to every project. His genuine passion for helping homeowners transform their spaces into places they truly love shines through in his work. Andy takes great pride in representing Arrow Exterior—a company that shares his values—operating as a local business that prioritizes quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction on every job.
Steve Mulcahy
Project Manager
Meet Steve Mulcahy, one of our experienced Project Managers here at Arrow Exterior!
With over 31 years in the industry, Steve brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience to every project. He started his career working alongside his father and eventually ran his own company before joining the Arrow team about three years ago.
Steve is known for his personable approach and strong connection with clients. He enjoys working directly with homeowners to bring their vision to life and takes pride in helping them understand the “why” behind every step of the process.
Brennan Kraus
Brennan has been with Arrow Exterior since 2017 and brings nearly three decades of experience in the construction industry. Since starting in 1997, he’s worn many hats — from working in the field to sales, purchasing, and project management — giving him a deep understanding of what it takes to make every project a success.
Brennan enjoys seeing each project through from start to finish and embraces the challenges that come with the job. For him, one of the most rewarding parts of working at Arrow has been watching the company grow from a small local contractor into the trusted name it is today.
John Eastman
John has been in the construction industry for over 39 years, bringing incredible knowledge and hands-on experience to the Arrow Exterior Design team.
He started his career just three days after graduating high school in June of 1986 and hasn’t slowed down since. Over the years, John has worked in nearly every area of exterior construction — including roofing, framing, siding, soffit, and fascia. He also spent 15 years installing sewer and water main systems while continuing to roof on the side, showcasing his strong work ethic and dedication to the trade.
Before joining Arrow Exterior Design, John spent many years in the restoration field, where he became highly skilled in home insurance claims and complex repair projects.
After working alongside Russ at a previous company, the two decided to team up — and the rest is history. Today, John continues to bring unmatched expertise, leadership, and a passion for quality craftsmanship to every project he oversees.
Johnny King
With over 35 years of experience in the construction industry and 20 years managing projects, Johnny King is a seasoned professional known for delivering high-quality work across a wide range of construction types. As a licensed general contractor, Johnny has overseen everything from ground-up builds to restoration renovations, consistently meeting tight deadlines, budgets, and client expectations. Johnny takes pride not only in the work but in the relationships built along the way. He genuinely enjoys working with customers, ensuring they feel informed, confident, and satisfied throughout every stage of the project.

Kaitlyn Reichling
Director of Marketing
Kaitlyn joined Arrow Exterior in March of 2025 and has quickly become an essential part of our team. With a background in Spanish Education and experience as an office administrator in the construction industry, she brings a unique blend of communication skills, creativity, and industry knowledge to her role.
As a bilingual professional, Kaitlyn loves being able to connect with a wide range of customers and local businesses. Stepping into the marketing world wasn’t her original career path, but life changes opened a new door — and we’re so glad they did. Her passion for creativity and community partnerships shines through in everything she does.
